About the role
- Analyse and interpret technical regulatory requirements and translate them into structured, actionable internal specifications
- Maintain a centralised Technical Regulatory Requirements Register by jurisdiction, ensuring version control and traceability
- Map regulatory requirements to system components and designated control owners
- Review product mechanics and configurations from a regulatory perspective
- Participate in product certification processes and coordinate with testing laboratories
- Act as primary coordinator for regulatory and security audits
- Collect evidence from Engineering, DevOps, Security, IT and prepare structured audit evidence packs
- Maintain oversight of audit calendars and control matrices
- Review technical and infrastructure changes impacting certified environments
- Conduct structured impact assessments for new market entry
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical compliance, regulatory certification, or technical audit within the iGaming sector
- Strong understanding of gaming regulatory frameworks and technical certification processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate legal and regulatory language into concrete technical implementation requirements
- Experience working directly with testing laboratories and regulatory authorities
- Structured, documentation-driven and detail-oriented approach
- Confident engaging with and constructively challenging technical teams where compliance exposure or risk is identified
