About the role

Build and optimise processes from the ground up to enable scalable growth.
Own cross-functional projects - from ideation to delivery - working closely with teams across Data, Integrations, and Product.
Manage stakeholders across technical and commercial domains, translating complex needs into actionable plans.
Run special ops initiatives, addressing ad hoc challenges with creative, fast-turnaround solutions.
Analyse and interpret data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Design internal tools or workflows that empower other teams to operate more efficiently.
Understand existing systems deeply, troubleshooting issues and finding scalable ways to improve them.

3+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, operations, product, or similar).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects or technical initiatives.
Background in SaaS or technology environments preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience designing or improving internal systems and processes.
