About the role
- Build and optimise processes from the ground up to enable scalable growth.
- Own cross-functional projects - from ideation to delivery - working closely with teams across Data, Integrations, and Product.
- Manage stakeholders across technical and commercial domains, translating complex needs into actionable plans.
- Run special ops initiatives, addressing ad hoc challenges with creative, fast-turnaround solutions.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design internal tools or workflows that empower other teams to operate more efficiently.
- Understand existing systems deeply, troubleshooting issues and finding scalable ways to improve them.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, operations, product, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects or technical initiatives.
- Background in SaaS or technology environments preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience designing or improving internal systems and processes.
