About the role
- Perform key data labelling, including employee levelling and job mapping, to ensure alignment with Ravio’s framework.
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle with data changes and queries around Ravio’s dataset.
- Evaluate and classify new or evolving roles by researching emerging job families across industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Data Scientists, Account Executives and Customers to maintain data accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and improve existing datasets to uphold high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Identify, document and automate operational processes across the Benchmarking team.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to identify trends
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
- Eagerness to learn and open to becoming a compensation data nerd
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills

- Familiarity with compensation survey tools and the benchmarking landscape (desirable)
