Provide analytical and program support services focused on data analysis, reporting, and operational insight to improve organizational transparency and decision-making.
Analyze program data, develop dashboards, validate financial and performance metrics, and prepare reports that support leadership decision-making and program performance monitoring.
Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to generate insights, maintain accurate reporting, and support program operations.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards based on program datasets to support operational visibility and reporting.
Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
Prepare reports, visualizations, and briefings to communicate program performance and findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in program analysis, data analysis, or management consulting supporting federal projects.
Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
