About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acting as a trusted legal business partner, providing accurate and strategic legal support to Ravago Group’s organization
- Engaging with internal stakeholders across Ravago’s business lines, including other finance departments, sales, logistics, IT, quality etc
- Collaborating and negotiating with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, banks, and service providers
- Keeping up to date with legislation, compliance requirements, and regulatory developments
- Providing legal guidance on contract negotiation, corporate governance, intra-group operations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal agreements and documents
- Managing and advising on legal procedures, litigation, and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a Master’s degree in Law with a strong academic track record
- You have 3-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international corporate environment or law firm
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Dutch and French is a strong advantage
- You are experienced in analyzing complex legal issues and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You maintain the highest ethical standards and handle confidential information with discretion
- You are proactive, solution-driven, and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset
