About the role
- Manage the customer portfolio in Portugal within the Human Nutrition segment.
- Assure BGT (volume and profit) and find potential customers.
- Manage key accounts in Bakery, Dairy, Meat and Nutraceuticals sectors.
- Meet annual BGT and develop strategic products.
- Conduct market analysis with existing and potential customers.
- Support Product Managers to move obsolete inventory.
- Provide updates on customer portfolio analysis and project progress to the Segment Human Nutrition Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology, Food or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Portuguese food industry.
- Knowledge of Food Safety systems (Quality and Food Safety Management), food safety culture, fraud prevention, and food defense.
- Languages: Portuguese (native), English (mandatory), Spanish (preferred).
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
