About the role
- Coordination of daily office operations, including switchboard/telephone and handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Support with logistics for incoming and outgoing goods (domestic and international, customs matters)
- Assist in commercial/administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, quotation and contract management
- Communication with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
- Maintenance of master data and document management
- Administration and structured filing of records as well as digital archiving of documents
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience in wholesale and international trade (import/export)
- Fluent German; English skills are desirable — we operate internationally
- Confident user of MS Office
- Able to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a careful, meticulous approach to work
- Flexibility and openness to change
