About the role

  • Participate in the entire budgeting process
  • Perform monthly closings and reporting
  • Collect the data necessary for budget analysis
  • Maintain and monitor companies' administrative and legal documents
  • Anticipate and prepare cut-off procedures for closings
  • Issue partner, client and intra-group invoices
  • Analyze monthly accounting results
  • Monitor invoices and purchase orders
  • Participate in the full budget cycle (budget construction, forecasts, medium-term plan (PMT), monthly follow-up)
  • Verify consistency at the BU level and analyze variances in coordination with subsidiaries
  • Contribute to the preparation of Group reporting statements and summary documents

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance/Management, or from a business or engineering school
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in audit and/or management control
  • Autonomous, rigorous, adaptable, and proactive
  • Good knowledge of management control processes
  • Comfortable with IT and office tools (proficiency in Excel required)
  • Strong accounting knowledge is essential
  • Experience in consolidation is a real asset
