About the role
- Conduct diagnostics and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, implement dashboards and lead performance reviews
- Optimize and formalize processes, reduce waste and standardize best practices
- Lead improvement projects, structure and track action plans, and measure achieved gains
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement among teams, organize workshops and support change
- Leverage data (KPIs, lead times, quality, internal controls) to increase reliability and streamline operations
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Quality Management or an equivalent field
- At least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement (or a similar role) with knowledge of the railway sector
- Knowledge of railway systems
- Process documentation skills
- Change management capability
- Methodical, proactive, rigorous and able to manage stress
- Ability to take initiative and be open to new approaches
