About the role

  • Conduct diagnostics and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, implement dashboards and lead performance reviews
  • Optimize and formalize processes, reduce waste and standardize best practices
  • Lead improvement projects, structure and track action plans, and measure achieved gains
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement among teams, organize workshops and support change
  • Leverage data (KPIs, lead times, quality, internal controls) to increase reliability and streamline operations

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Quality Management or an equivalent field
  • At least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement (or a similar role) with knowledge of the railway sector
  • Knowledge of railway systems
  • Process documentation skills
  • Change management capability
  • Methodical, proactive, rigorous and able to manage stress
  • Ability to take initiative and be open to new approaches
