About the role
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Rate Me More
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for SMBs and agencies
- Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
- Lead Product Marketing (positioning, messaging, pricing, launches)
- Scale paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Own SEO, content, and conversion optimization
- Manage ProductHunt, AppSumo, LTDs, and launch campaigns
- Build and manage affiliate & partnership programs
- Collaborate closely with Product & Founders on roadmap and growth experiments
- Track and report key metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR growth, churn)
- Build and lead the marketing team as the company scales
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven track record of scaling a SaaS product
- Strong experience in growth marketing & performance marketing
- Deep understanding of SMB and local business marketing
- Experience launching products on ProductHunt / LTD platforms
- Strong analytical mindset (funnels, attribution, experiments)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Bonus: Experience in AI products, MarTech, or SaaS tools
