Reservation Manager
RateHawkPremier Reservation Manager at a fast-growing travel-tech company managing VIP client bookings. Responsibilities include processing requests, negotiating with suppliers, and supporting completed bookings.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world;
- Formation of a commercial offer to the client;
- Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request;
- Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers;
- Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
- Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
- Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
- Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
- Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia.
- Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
