About the role
- Write code to enhance the Rasa Copilot and Rasa Pro codebase (Python)
- Design experiments, run them, analyse results and update on LLM prompts
- Contribute to the design and implementation of our evaluation system
- Work closely with Product Manager and Product Designer to improve UX and build features
- Participate in engineering refinement sessions and provide input
- Communicate proactively about progress, blockers and ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional team including backend, full-stack, ML engineers and QA
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building ML systems and features
- Familiar with modern LLM-based frameworks and protocols (e.g. MCP, A2A)
- Experience running experiments and following evaluation protocols
- Curious about machine learning and building commercial software
- Comfortable being lean and fixing problems proactively
- Effective communication within a team
- Must be located in and a resident of the location(s) listed
