About the role
- Manage and further develop an assigned national and international customer portfolio
- Proactively sell high-quality plant-based organic raw materials
- Independently prepare and negotiate quotations, orders and contracts
- Plan and monitor product sales, revenue, margins and inventory
- Work closely with internal teams, especially Purchasing, Logistics and Quality Assurance
- Occasional customer visits and participation in trade shows
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and team orientation
- SAP knowledge required
- Fluent German and English (business level)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with and enthusiasm for organic food
