Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience coordinating people, projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a studio environment.
Professional experience in creative services, interior design, architecture, studio operations, project delivery, resource management, or a related field.
Leadership-level presence and credibility, with the confidence to facilitate discussions and influence decisions across the studio.
Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to see several steps ahead.
Empathetic and people-oriented, with strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal judgment.
Decisive and comfortable making recommendations when priorities compete and information is incomplete.
Organized and detail-oriented without losing sight of the broader strategic picture.
Strong communicator who can clearly articulate tradeoffs, priorities, and recommendations.
Appreciates that successful creative teams are built through intentional composition rather than simple availability.
