About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve the company’s core operating models, including sophisticated financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
Lead the development and implementation of advanced financial planning and forecasting processes.
Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, identifying challenges and delivering actionable solutions.
Support monthly and quarterly close processes, providing deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends and risks.
Deliver timely, accurate monthly reporting packages for the executive team and board.
Own the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
Partner with BI and data engineering to move recurring analysis out of spreadsheets and into governed systems.
Raise the analytical bar across finance and the business through the quality of your work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in FP&A, banking, consulting, or equity research. SaaS or tech exposure preferred, not required.
Fluent with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor). Comfortable in Excel and Sheets when needed, but oriented toward moving analysis into durable systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
A self-directed "financial innovator" who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Strong first-principles problem solving, clean analytical reasoning, and conclusion-first written communication.
