About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the success and adoption motion for the Commercial client tier
Partner with the Commercial Account Manager on renewals and expansion
Design and run programmatic onboarding for new clients
Monitor account health using utilization and engagement signals
Run targeted adoption campaigns across the book
Build instructional design backbone, including onboarding guides and resources
Develop content marketing assets to support adoption and engagement
Create video-based client education and enablement content
Contribute product marketing material that translates product capability into client value
Use AI-enabled tools to improve content creation and client engagement
Equip the Enterprise CSM team with reusable assets
Maintain a content library that ensures consistent messaging

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Client Success, Customer Marketing, Customer Education, or a closely related client-facing role
Demonstrated ability to manage retention and adoption across a high-volume book of accounts
Strong writing, instructional design, and content creation skills
Ability to create effective video content for client education, adoption, and enablement
Practical fluency with AI tools and digital platforms
Collaborative working style suited to a role that lives at the intersection of multiple domains
Excellent communication and project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
