About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a named portfolio of Enterprise accounts as the senior strategic advisor
- Shape and evolve client program strategy
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and working sessions
- Translate Financial Health Rating (FHR) and portfolio insights into actionable recommendations
- Advise clients on best practices for supplier engagement and risk governance
- Manage the renewal cycle including pricing strategy and contract structuring
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities
- Carry and achieve quarterly and annual targets for gross revenue retention
- Anticipate and address risks to program success
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior client-facing advisory, consulting, or Enterprise Customer Success role, preferably in B2B SaaS, financial services, risk management, or supply chain
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Domain fluency in supply chain risk, third-party risk, procurement, or financial analytics
- Strong executive presence and the ability to lead working sessions
- Proven track record of driving gross revenue retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical rigor and comfort with quantitative inputs
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
