About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support internal users and external customers with product training, disease-specific program knowledge, and care-milestone expertise
  • Guide hospital customers through onboarding and launches for Rapid mobile, web app, Insights, and new products
  • Maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders as the primary contact for inquiries and product support
  • Design and develop end-to-end workflows for disease-specific content
  • Track AHA guidelines, industry standards, and disease-specific workflow trends
  • Monitor and analyze hospital usage, mobile adoption, and workflow data to identify issues and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze customer adoption issues and competency gaps, then design interventions
  • Use data analytics for territory analysis and create and present Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop client success stories and testimonials
  • Collaborate with sales on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Contribute to cross-functional Clinical Success projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/MS in Nursing
  • 3+ years of disease-specific leadership or hospital customer success experience
  • Strongly preferred neurovascular leadership, preferably as a stroke program coordinator or manager
  • 5 years of disease-specific acute clinical care experience, including Stroke, PE, STEMI, or emergency department leadership
  • Previous medical device/SaaS clinical experience is a bonus
  • Advanced disease-specific certification such as SCRN or CCRN is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to aggregate and analyze data for decision-making and presentations
  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented problem-solving approach
  • Willingness to work with new tools and technology
  • Must be physically located in MN, IA, CO, NM, NE, KS, AR, North Dakota, or South Dakota
  • Ability to travel at least 25% within the assigned territory
