About the role

  • Drive New Business Acquisition through proactive prospecting
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle from independent lead generation and pipeline qualification to successful new business closure
  • Partner effectively with Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and Product Specialists to strategically position the full Rapid7 platform as a comprehensive solution
  • Independently Build and Manage a Robust Pipeline, leveraging your highly motivated and proactive approach to consistently exceed targets

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in a Sales role with a proven focus on new logo acquisition
  • Proven track record selling cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, or IT solutions to the enterprise market in Germany
  • Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and consultative sales
  • Established relationships at IT management and decision-making levels
  • Experience working with channel partners to strategically drive growth
  • Proficiency in managing multiple, complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and Excel for accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking at customer events or industry forums
