About the role

  • You will play a leading role in developing our new marketing direction and implement initiatives directly.
  • Lead strategy: You design campaigns (Inbound & Outbound) to attract potential customers.
  • Content that converts: In close collaboration with our specialist teams (e.g. UX/Frontend, Development) you create case studies and thought-leadership articles that demonstrate our expertise.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing (ideally in an agency or IT environment).
  • You understand how to market complex, consultative services and translate technical content into clear customer benefits.
  • Confident user of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and common SEO/analytics tools, as well as AI tools.
  • You write excellent German; your texts are concise and error-free.
  • Proactive "doer" mentality: You don’t wait for tasks but identify opportunities.
  • As an ambassador of our agency, you are convincing both personally and professionally.
