About the role
- Responsible for all aspects of Ranpak’s products in the marketplace
- Manage products through their life cycle to maximize profitability and meet growth objectives
- Influence business team responsible for product reliability and quality
- Responsible for complete and accurate Market Intelligence
- Formulate and Manage Tactical Marketing Strategy
- Coordinate changes to products with all functional areas
- Work with engineering to identify opportunities to improve existing products
- Manage communication to the business on product introductions and changes
- Work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other Product Managers
Requirements
- BA or BS in Marketing or Business
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Marketing including P&L ownership and overall strategy and development of a Product Line
- Experience in deal management, pricing models, and pricing architecture
- Retail and E-commerce experience preferred
- Direct experience in successfully developing new products
- Life cycle project management experience
- Ability to perform market research and analysis including identifying new market opportunities
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and project management skills
- Effective presenter, excellent written and verbal communication
- Extensive PC knowledge, including SAP, Power BI, CRM, database, spreadsheet, and web
- Team player, able to build business teams and manage across a matrix
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Travel: ~35%
