About the role

  • Oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the SAP OTC module.
  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment of IT systems with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and work with a team of SAP professionals.
  • Represent Ranpak in executing system integration testing cycles and deployment of SAP.
  • Oversee support, maintenance, solution quality, and continuous improvement enablement.
  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA OTC module, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project objectives, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP solutions with business processes.
  • Oversee support staff, resolution/testing/documenting solution defects, manage solution governance, review solution quality, manage systems upgrades and enhancements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP ERP or S4/HANA, with a focus on OTC workstream.
  • At minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations (or equivalent experience) configuring SAP S/4 Order to Cash module required.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration between modules – SD, MM, PP, PS, EWM.
  • Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.
  • Familiarity with the business processes around Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and finance integrations.
  • Experience designing and supporting interfaces, conversions and forms for SAP S4/HANA.
  • Experience with SAP reporting, embedded analytics, and HANA live reporting a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are a necessity.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • SAP S4/HANA certification(s) in Order to Cash highly preferred
