About the role
- Conduct hunting (active prospecting)
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, consultative diagnosis, negotiation, and closing)
- Develop medium- and long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Prepare customized commercial proposals aligned with client needs and company strategy
- Deliver high-impact presentations and conduct in-person and online business meetings
- Be proficient in sales techniques
- Populate and manage opportunity pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot), with predictable forecasting
- Work alongside the marketing and pre-sales (SDRs) teams to amplify generation of qualified opportunities
- Contribute to the evolution of commercial processes and negotiation best practices.
Requirements
- Must reside in the city of São Paulo or nearby municipalities
- 3+ years of consolidated commercial experience in the B2B market within technology, SaaS, or high-value services
- Hunter profile - responsible for maintaining your own CRM
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strategic negotiation skills with different stakeholder profiles
- Analytical, organized, and data-driven profile (used to working with CRM and sales metrics)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, storytelling ability, and influence
- Proficiency in sales techniques
- Knowledge of Mobile Marketing (desirable)
- Knowledge of digital channels (acquisition, retention, and engagement in HubSpot) and user experience (desirable)
- Advanced and/or fluent English and/or Spanish (desirable).
