About the role

  • Own the development and optimization of the company and events websites
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring creative concepts to life
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex website issues efficiently
  • Implement Figma designs to produce consistently styled and tested front end
  • Ensure SEO-friendly messaging and clean, efficient code
  • Stay current with evolving web standards, WordPress updates, and visual language

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development
  • Expert proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap and jQuery
  • Expert understanding of WordPress, themes (Elementor, WPBakery), and plugin
  • Hands-on experience with WP Engine, cPanel, or similar hosting environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams using Slack, Zoom, and Loom
  • Comfortable working remotely using project management tools such as ClickUp
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting project deadlines
