About the role

  • Oversee editing and optimization of high-volume legally accurate content for attorney websites
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices, brand voice, and compliance standards
  • Manage a team of editors and collaborate with legal writers, SEO strategists, and account managers
  • Lead AI-driven content initiatives: streamline AI tools and workflows, refine prompt engineering, research and implement AI-assisted style guides
  • Implement and enforce editorial style guides tailored for legal specialties
  • Review and edit long-form legal content for clarity, accuracy, tone, structure, and SEO performance
  • Develop and manage editorial workflows, quality control processes, and performance metrics
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to editors and writers
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate AI tools into systems
  • Develop and maintain prompt libraries for ChatGPT and other AI tools and automation
  • Use AI tools to scale production over 2 million words per month for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Law, or related field
  • 5+ years editing legal, SEO, or content marketing
  • Deep understanding of personal injury law and legal content marketing
  • Exceptional editing, proofreading, fact-checking skills
  • SEO proficiency and content tool familiarity
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced agency environment
  • Familiarity with ABA and state legal advertising regulations
  • Preferred: Experience creating and implementing style guides in AI platforms.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Preferred: Technical understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for content workflows.
  • Applicants must be based in the United States or Canada.
