About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute category strategies for MRO items and indirect services to maximize value
Identify, qualify, and manage key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews
Collaborate with maintenance teams to establish optimal inventory levels
Manage the "order-to-pay" cycle, including creating purchase orders in ERP systems
Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement TCO-based evaluations
Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in MRO or indirect spending within a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel (data analysis)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong understanding of indirect sourcing functions, manufacturing processes and maintenance requirements
