About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain great candidate experience and good relationship with clients in engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support
Source and attract highly qualified talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Host virtual and in-person recruitment events with jobseekers and employers to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions
Assist senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for prospective and current clients
Conduct post-placement follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction
Discuss next steps to fulfill career aspirations and long-term development goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and provide regular reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions
Drive successful sales and recruitment processes through effective client and candidate engagement using online and offline activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
Knowledge of the company, processes, and customers
Ability to perform a range of assignments related to the discipline
Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems using prescribed guidelines or policies
Ability to explain factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information in straightforward situations
Receives moderate guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members
