About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct detailed reporting and deep-dive analysis to generate actionable business insights for client account and market pipeline decisions
- Enhance Operational Talent Solutions' staffing solutions for essential roles across various industries
- Verify CRM data accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies, and make corrections
- Prepare and organize sales visits and presentations for complex clients
- Pitch staffing solutions, service offerings, and tailored combination packages
- Tailor recruitment services to clients' specific business needs
- Map the competitive landscape and identify new-business opportunities
- Develop short-term transactional business through networking and follow-up calls
- Establish Operational Talent Solutions' presence in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, and warehousing markets
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and seminars
- Collaborate with account management teams to open opportunities for selling new products
- Maintain vertical and horizontal account contacts and build strong relationships
- Drive sign-ups according to the pricing framework

Requirements
