About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development, documentation and implementation of increasingly complex projects aligned with organizational policies and strategies
Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements
Monitor projects from initiation through completion to control scope
Monitor issue escalations, project risks, dependencies and changes; validate scope and communicate with stakeholders
Work with multifunctional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality criteria
Track project expenditures, status, performance metrics and progress reports
Facilitate working relationships between team members and business stakeholders
Review, suggest and execute process improvements and efficiencies
Ensure project delivery complies with commercial obligations, risks and interdependencies in external delivery contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of own discipline and basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
Knowledge of the company, processes and customers
Ability to perform a range of assignments related to the discipline
Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems using prescribed guidelines or policies
