About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with PMs/POs to translate product roadmaps into technical data requirements for the engineering team
Query large datasets to identify user behavior trends, perform gap analysis, and validate data integrity
Act as the data translator between non-technical stakeholders and developers
Identify friction points in the user journey and propose data-driven solutions to improve product performance
Own the analytical lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through documentation and post-launch validation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in BigQuery and SQL is a must
Comfortable handling complex joins and nested fields
Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa
Experience in product analytics, including funnel analysis, retention modeling, or A/B testing frameworks
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward without constant oversight
Familiarity with data visualization tools; Looker preferred
Familiarity with project management software such as Jira and Confluence
