About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Under direct supervision, assists in distributing expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules and guidelines
- Under guidance, records accruals and prepayments, allocations and account entries
- Under direct supervision, assists in collecting and compiling data and performing preliminary analysis of financial information to prepare invoices and/or identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensures accuracy and robustness of the validated data to conduct analysis in the tools used by the company
- Collaborates with business support to record financial transactions, including general ledger entries
- Ensures own activities are in compliance with the Company's accounting policies, procedures, standards and internal controls
- Assists in processing finance and accounting on routine activities; generates reports based on team members' requirement
- Performs document research for internal auditors
Requirements
