About the role

  • Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions
  • Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps, while facilitating conversations around job security, income continuity, and career path customization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities
  • Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings by proactive sourcing and engaging in conversation around candidate's long-term development goals
  • Matches candidate skills, experiences, and aspirations to client job specifications, ensuring the best fit for permanent or freelance work staffing in the area of engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support
