About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Screens CVs and applications, preparing structured shortlists for recruiter review.
- Coordinates interviews and assessments, managing complex scheduling and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

- Ability to coordinate work, providing guidance and/or training to more junior team members
- Autonomy based on existing practices, precedents or procedures; may provide input for improvements
