About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with in-market finance and business stakeholders to understand and analyze their legacy financial structures
  • Guide and support markets in mapping their local data to Randstad's global FDM in Workday
  • Act as a key point of contact for our markets during critical data conversion cycles, coordinating between them and our implementation partner
  • Provide expert guidance on the functional requirements for completing Data Gathering Workbooks (DGWs)
  • Support the adoption of our "on-platform" (Workday) global reporting foundation in newly implemented markets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a role involving financial systems, ERP implementation, or data analysis
  • Strong understanding of core financial accounting principles (Chart of Accounts, P&L structure, cost centers)
  • Demonstrable experience with large datasets and a solid grasp of data quality and data governance concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Preferred: Direct experience with Workday Financials, particularly with its Foundation Data Model (FDM) and concepts like worktags
