About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
- Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
- Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge
- Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
- Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks
- Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
- Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline

- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
