About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducts research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries, keeping an up-to-date client database.
- Follows up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Supports to identify new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings.
- Sources candidates through advertising roles, searching and networking with talents in the area of logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industry.
- Conducts comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client's specific job requirements for operational and contingent workers.
- Participates in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
- Provides interview preparation and coaching to candidates who applied for operational roles, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
- Communicates effectively with the team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline

- Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles
