About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Works on small (to midsized) projects/ programs focused on standardization, business process improvements, and integration with the organization's product and feature on platforms
- Manages parts or modules of moderately complex projects, may lead small to mid-sized projects from start to finish
- Develops project plans, ensures management and execution of steps/ activities and deliverables, supports senior team members with complex projects
- Implements process changes required at the area or market level
- Develops draft recommendations for improvement for conversions; in addition, also focuses on sales, talent, and delivery excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines
- Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents
- May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project
- Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems
- Provides support and guidance to team members
- Pulls together detailed analysis to support implementations; identifies common/recurring issues and develops initial recommendations
