About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drafts and post job advertisements for the roles across client's organization on various job boards, social media, and company websites to reach a diverse pool of candidates
- Manages recruitment-related administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence
- Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers and takes initiatives to improve the operational administrative processes
- Assists in preparing client proposals, presentations, and recruitment report to ensure consultants have all necessary materials for client meetings
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support the staffing process
- Manages and processes all incoming applications, ensuring accurate Digital into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and appropriate categorization for talents
- Tracks recruitment-related expenses, including advertising costs and candidate testing fees, and report them to finance for budget monitoring
Requirements
