About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short term/project based and long term job assignments.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development.
  • Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
  • Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization.
  • Supports the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments.
  • Supports operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility, based on skills and experience.
  • Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.

Requirements

  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline.
  • Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
  • Performs structured work assignments related to discipline.
  • Uses existing policies, procedures or instructions to solve routine or standard problems.
  • Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles.
