About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short term/project based and long term job assignments.
- Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development.
- Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
- Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization.
- Supports the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments.
- Supports operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility, based on skills and experience.
- Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline.
- Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
- Performs structured work assignments related to discipline.
- Uses existing policies, procedures or instructions to solve routine or standard problems.
- Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles.
- Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.
- Explains factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations.
