Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of services procurement professionals in a Global Services Procurement Center
Ensure integration with client-specific program delivery teams
Develop and mentor team members in procurement best practices
Manage dual reporting across different stakeholders
Contribute to the SCC and long-term strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
CIPS or ISM certified is a plus
Significant professional experience (12+ years) in Procurement or SOW Management
Proven experience managing teams in a complex matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to transition teams from administrative tasks to value-added technical delivery
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models and cross-cultural teams
Strong partnering, management, collaboration, judgement & decision-making abilities
High level of commercial acumen and a strong track record of value generation
Digital fluency with Google or Microsoft platforms
