About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow up on assigned clients;
- Analyze information to generate a daily order book report;
- Identify and address pending issues;
- Interface and liaise with Production Planning & Control (PCP), Sales Administration and Quality departments;
- Track and generate sales indicators/KPIs;
- Respond to queries and requests from customers and distributors;
- Analyze scenarios using customer information to support decision-making;
- Prepare, complete and/or issue reports, spreadsheets, documents and presentations to support management decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a field relevant to the role;
- Knowledge or certification in Negotiation;
- Computer literacy or certification;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
