About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives end-to-end (diagnosis, prioritization, design, implementation and measurement of results);
Map, analyze and redesign processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for improvement;
Operate in a data-driven manner, using operational and financial indicators (KPIs) for decision-making and prioritization of initiatives;
Identify opportunities for automation, digitization and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in business processes;
Connect business, operations, technology and data teams to build scalable solutions;
Influence and mobilize stakeholders across functions, ensuring alignment, engagement and sustainment of implemented changes;
Serve as a technical reference in Operational Excellence, supporting and developing partner areas;
Structure and evolve Operational Excellence governance, including backlog, initiative pipeline and results tracking;
Develop and deliver training and capacity-building programs, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and transformation;
Support the advancement of the organization’s maturity in processes, data and automation;
Ensure sustainability of gains through definition of indicators, monitoring and action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Quality Management or related fields;
Green Belt or Black Belt certification (Six Sigma);
Solid experience in Operational Excellence, Process Transformation, BPM or Continuous Improvement;
Experience leading transformation and process improvement projects;
Knowledge of Lean, BPM, PDCA and continuous improvement methodologies;
Experience with data analysis and building performance indicators;
Experience identifying and implementing automation, digitization or operational transformation initiatives;
Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing stakeholders;
Experience with process mapping and management tools (Bizagi, Visio or similar).
