About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the team's system and process requests, seeking to understand how they operate and how they can be better organized.
  • Assist in mapping and monitoring operational processes, helping to identify straightforward improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor the team's routine, supporting control of deadlines, volumes and execution of planned activities.
  • Gather information, organize data and support basic performance analyses.
  • Support the development and monitoring of operational indicators and control dashboards.
  • Contribute improvement ideas and action plans to increase process efficiency and quality.
  • Support the development of simple solutions and automations using Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations, supporting the communication of the team's results and analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Business Process Management, Technology, Quality Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and the Office suite, with a willingness to develop skills in these solutions.
  • Basic computer skills and ease in learning new systems and tools.
  • Interest in processes, organization, operational planning and information analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of process improvement (technical expertise not required).
  • Collaborative, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments.
  • Good verbal and written communication, clear and concise.
  • The following will be considered advantages:
  • Initial knowledge of or interest in Python and SQL to support analyses, automations or data processing.
  • Interest in learning about operational planning, KPIs and automations.
  • Prior experience with Power Platform or other automation and data tools.
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) or agile methodologies.
  • Participation in academic projects, internships or process improvement initiatives.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Analytical, curious, resilient mindset and openness to feedback and continuous development.
