About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical hands-on work in routing, switching, and Wi‑Fi;
Manage connectivity assets and enforce information security baselines;
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams on connectivity-related matters;
Ensure adherence to architecture standards and technical updates of the IT physical infrastructure;
Monitor the infrastructure environment via the NOC;
Support IT team operations and daily routines;
Manage vendors and oversee procurement processes;
Map, propose and/or design processes and implement them efficiently;
Collaborate with Projects, Infrastructure, and Security teams using agile methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology or related fields;
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies;
Intermediate English;
Basic Spanish;
Cisco CCNA certification;
Supplier/vendor management experience is desirable.
