About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical hands-on work in routing, switching, and Wi‑Fi;
  • Manage connectivity assets and enforce information security baselines;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams on connectivity-related matters;
  • Ensure adherence to architecture standards and technical updates of the IT physical infrastructure;
  • Monitor the infrastructure environment via the NOC;
  • Support IT team operations and daily routines;
  • Manage vendors and oversee procurement processes;
  • Map, propose and/or design processes and implement them efficiently;
  • Collaborate with Projects, Infrastructure, and Security teams using agile methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology or related fields;
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Basic Spanish;
  • Cisco CCNA certification;
  • Supplier/vendor management experience is desirable.
