About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service to clients (active employees, employees on leave, and the community) within the People and Culture (HR) scope, supplying information and clarifications through service channels (in-person, phone calls, and WhatsApp), with empathy and agility;
- Process requests received via tickets, updating information in systems according to established quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma;
- Basic Excel course or proficiency in Basic Excel;
- Experience in customer service;
- Experience in HR activities;
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in areas related to the role;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
