About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct structured analyses of the performance of the credit and collections portfolio, identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and enhance management reports and KPI dashboards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance
- Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and analytical routines, integrating multiple data sources
- Propose improvements to credit and collections policies, parameters, and strategies based on quantitative analyses and risk assessments
- Monitor KPIs, campaigns, and recovery strategies, preparing executive reports and recommendations for management
- Participate in audit processes, supporting the creation and follow-up of action plans
- Participate in strategic projects as a key user, contributing to requirements definition, testing, user acceptance, and liaising with technology teams and vendors
- Evaluate vendors and solutions, considering cost-benefit and impact on operational performance
- Perform related duties as required by the area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Experience with data analysis applied to credit and/or collections
- Strong proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and data analysis tools
