About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct structured analyses of the performance of the credit and collections portfolio, identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Maintain and enhance management reports and KPI dashboards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance
Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and analytical routines, integrating multiple data sources
Propose improvements to credit and collections policies, parameters, and strategies based on quantitative analyses and risk assessments
Monitor KPIs, campaigns, and recovery strategies, preparing executive reports and recommendations for management
Participate in audit processes, supporting the creation and follow-up of action plans
Participate in strategic projects as a key user, contributing to requirements definition, testing, user acceptance, and liaising with technology teams and vendors
Evaluate vendors and solutions, considering cost-benefit and impact on operational performance
Perform related duties as required by the area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
Experience with data analysis applied to credit and/or collections
Strong proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and data analysis tools
