About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act in the management and resolution of incidents, problems, changes and critical situations, ensuring service continuity, the best experience for internal customers and mitigation of risks to the IT environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Randoncorp and support vendors, facilitating technical alignments, monitoring deliverables, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to IT Governance, Corporate Architecture and Information Security guidelines, advising internal customers and partners on best practices and corporate requirements.
- Analyze recurrences, identify root causes and propose systemic improvements, working with project and development teams to increase the stability and efficiency of solutions.
- Support the management and evolution of integrations between systems, APIs and change processes, contributing to the governance and reliability of the application ecosystem.
- Act as guardian of support models and processes, ensuring that internal teams and vendors follow the strategies, standards and practices established by the organization.
- Monitor user perception and satisfaction regarding the services provided, promoting continuous improvement actions and strengthening relationships with internal customers.
- Work in an integrated manner with Infrastructure, Security, Projects and other Technology areas, ensuring an end-to-end view in problem resolution and service evolution.
- Support the management of the software lifecycle and contracts related to support, conducting licensing, consumption and compliance analyses with vendors and responsible areas.
- Contribute to the documentation, standardization and dissemination of knowledge of the processes and systems under your responsibility, promoting greater operational efficiency and risk reduction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ongoing degree in Information Technology or related fields;
- Course or knowledge in ITIL Foundation;
- Knowledge in SAP FI and CO modules.
- Knowledge in SAP MM and SD modules;
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce;
- Project management;
- Agile methodologies.
