About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a functional reference for consórcio (consortium finance), supporting decision-making and guiding solution direction
Translate business needs into clear, feasible specifications for development teams
Work directly on the evolution of consórcio systems, ensuring adherence to business rules
Collaborate with vendor squads, monitoring deliveries, clarifying doubts, and ensuring scope understanding
Structure, detail, and refine requests to ensure quality and clarity for technical implementation
Support backlog prioritization based on business impact, effort, and dependencies
Assess systemic impacts of changes, considering integrations, consórcio rules, and customer journeys
Work on solutions with multiple integrations (Newcon, internal systems, partners, and digital platforms)
Oversee testing and acceptance, ensuring deliveries meet expectations
Identify and propose continuous improvements to products and processes, with a focus on evolution and efficiency
Support organization of workflow with vendors to ensure predictability and quality of deliveries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Intermediate Excel skills
Solid experience with consórcio operations, including understanding of business rules, operations, and flows
Hands-on experience with the Newcon system
Experience as a Business or Systems Analyst working on system evolution projects
Experience in creating functional specifications and refining requests for development teams
Experience working with development teams
Ability to assess the impact of changes in integrated systems
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between business areas, technology, and partners
