About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take a leading role in evolving operational processes, ensuring greater efficiency, quality, and governance.
  • Turn data into decisions: build and analyze strategic indicators (KPIs) that drive the business.
  • Work on relevant, high-impact projects aligned with the area's and vertical's strategy.
  • Ensure policies and processes are always up to date, clear, and aligned with the business.
  • Serve as a technical reference, guiding and training the team and promoting continuous development.
  • Lead improvements, automations, and innovation initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic decisions with consistent analyses and a critical perspective.
  • Work with partners and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) providers, ensuring quality and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postgraduate degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Management Processes, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in operations, process management, and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.
  • Clear, objective, and assertive communication.
  • Experience organizing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in financial institutions, especially in areas such as customer registration, collateral/guarantees, and insurance.
  • Experience working with BPO providers.
  • Experience in continuous improvement projects and operational transformation.
  • Knowledge of management methodologies (Lean, Agile, or similar).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive profile, critical thinking, and focus on solving complex problems.
