About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, monitor and analyze commercial performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop dashboards, management reports and executive analyses
- Support commercial planning with market, productivity and sales performance analyses
- Structure databases and automate monitoring routines
- Identify opportunities, deviations and trends through data analysis
- Prepare studies of portfolio, sales funnel, conversion, productivity and profitability
- Support the definition of commercial targets and track their achievement
- Work in partnership with commercial, marketing, product, finance and operations teams
- Ensure consistency, quality and governance of information used by the commercial area
- Develop predictive analyses and support commercial intelligence initiatives
- Produce executive presentations with strategic recommendations for leadership
- Participate in the construction and evolution of models for monitoring commercial performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related field
- Solid experience in building, monitoring and analyzing commercial performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BI tools and SQL
- Experience designing analyses of portfolios, sales funnels, commercial productivity and operational profitability
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and results-oriented profile
- Good communication skills
- Experience in large organizations or in structuring commercial planning areas
- Experience in Banks, Fintechs, Services or Retail companies.
